Hi there, I’m Meagan Jean, an Instructional Designer and eLearning Developer with nearly a decade of experience creating learner-centered solutions that drive engagement and deliver results. With a background in education and training, I specialize in transforming complex content into clear, accessible, and impactful learning experiences.

My approach to design is both strategic and creative. I focus on understanding client goals and learner needs to build experiences that are not only engaging but actionable, whether through interactive eLearning, blended learning, or instructor-led training. I’m skilled in tools like Articulate Storyline, Vyond, Camtasia, and Lectora, and I apply adult learning principles to every stage of the design process.

I’m passionate about transforming complex ideas into clean, engaging learning experiences that are easy to navigate and immediately applicable. I thrive on the challenge of turning dense material into clear, visual, and learner-friendly content that not only makes sense but also inspires action and builds confidence. When I’m not designing training, you can usually find me lost in a good book, spending time with my cat or somewhere near water, three of my favorite ways to recharge.
