To earn this badge, I demonstrated the ability to develop a clear course blueprint and instructional design documents with well-defined objectives that align with desired performance outcomes. I defined learning outcomes and developed mechanisms to measure learner progress and achievement. I structured learning, sequenced learning events, identified and selected delivery formats, and designed both formative and summative assessments.

Earning Criteria:

• Earners craft instructional design documents and course blueprints based on a real-world project. They must design clear course paths that align with the desired performance outcomes. These candidates outline the instructional strategies, organized content, write assessments, and sequence the learning activities.

• Earners must submit the instructional design document and course blueprint to IDOL Academy faculty for evaluation. This is a pass-fail assessment.
